I first heard about Happy Beach through a cousin. I had mentioned we were heading to Cebu and she shared the Instagram tag @thehappybeachph. I couldn’t believe my eyes! All the Instaworthy possibilities! Plus, it looked like a lot of fun for a group of 7 friends on the inflatable island, sipping drinks next to the pool bar and floating on unicorns.

How did we get there?

Well, you are going to need to fly to Cebu which is an Island in the Philippines. Once you’ve landed, get a Grab or taxi to take you to Angasil Port where you’ll find a cute pink hut with a big Happy Beach sign. You can’t miss it. There you’ll be assisted and wait for your pink or yellow boat to pick you up and take you to your happy place. Now, do not try and go directly to Happy Beach by vehicle. It cannot be access. So enjoy the boat ride and make sure to get videos cruising in.

Our Experience

We absolutely LOVED Happy Beach! The customer service was on point, the entertainment was delightful, the activities and instagrammable sites gave us hours of fun. For 7 adults, we definitely turned into adult children on Inflatable Island. I must warn you, Inflatable Island is challenging and set up like Ninji Warrior or Wipeout. However,  a lot more bouncer and safer with the onsite lifesavers. Hours of hysterical laughter because someone slipped, a bit of relationship/team building pulling people up and development of balancing skills. Before heading on to the inflatable island, you will need to watch an orientation video, sign a form and collect your life jacket. They also have Unicorn Island which is for children so there is something for everyone.

Will I go back?

It is a yes from me. This place is so fun I’d wish we’d stayed longer. They have cute accommodation as well. So if you’re wanting to wake up to happiness you have an option to never leave.

Prices and Packages

So Happy Beach is fairly new and still have some amazing opening specials going which you can find on their website. They also have a partnership with Klook at the moment where you can grab a great deal. We ended up getting the Beach Passes, Two Happy Jungle Day Beds and Splash Pass (whole day of Inflatable Island) plus some nibbles such as club sandwiches and cheese chips. Special thanks to Red for the experience, Mark for being our guide, Ronald for going above and beyond!
